One of my favorite daily blog visits is Freckle Photo Blog. Melissa's photos are simply amazing. I mean beyond amazing. She posted her 2010 Collage with a link to a free digital template at Oscraps.com. This template is designed by Paislee Press - another site that I love.
The template has 81 spaces for photos, words, digital papers, embellies; anything your heart desires. This took me a total of 2 hours to complete and definitely not in one sitting. I would come back to it as time permitted. I uploaded the image to Costco.com and in less than 1 hour I had a 12x12 print in hand.
As I looked backed through our photos I really wanted the focus of this collage to be on the relationships in our family. I was a little shocked to find that I had a minimal amount of pictures of Andre and a ton of pictures of Nyna.
Do you ever find yourself taking more pictures of one family member versus the other?
I definitely want to make more of an effort in this area and get equal amount of photos of everyone.
So I guess you could say this is my first official digital layout. I used Ali Edwards' new digital products and I couldn't be happier with the results.
All that's needed is a 12x12 frame and a place to hang my new creation.
